Well if you are looking for a branch and a bank where customer service is a priority and A differentiator on the service they provide then I say run as quickly as you can from this bank. Everyone I have encountered in my short time (especially Jacob who is a floater I understand). with them has been nothing but awful. I would never bank. Recommendation: before making ANY changes provide customers with full disclosure. Bye Fel*cia
