I recently was called by the fraud department about someone making fraudulent use of my account. I didn't get a new card. I asked the account to be closed. They didnt. My accounts are not safe at PNC. They don't care.
Molly has been absolutely great and extremely helpful! Aside from her cheerful personality, she was eager to assist my husband and I with everything we needed.
