Extremely long wait time.... 30 minutes for transaction...
Michael opened our accounts today. He was very nice and was happy to assist us. Everyone was friendly and greeted us when we came in.
I recently was called by the fraud department about someone making fraudulent use of my account. I didn't get a new card. I asked the account to be closed. They didnt. My accounts are not safe at PNC. They don't care.
