Michael opened our accounts today. He was very nice and was happy to assist us. Everyone was friendly and greeted us when we came in.
I recently was called by the fraud department about someone making fraudulent use of my account. I didn't get a new card. I asked the account to be closed. They didnt. My accounts are not safe at PNC. They don't care.
Molly has been absolutely great and extremely helpful! Aside from her cheerful personality, she was eager to assist my husband and I with everything we needed. Everyone received us with a big smile and with a lot of kindness. I wish there were more stars to qualify this PNC bank staff!! Thank you everyone!!! Thank you so much Molly!!!
