Worst bank ever I tried to open a business checking account with them for over a month with no success. It’s either the manager is not here leave your phone and number. And on the days he is there he has me waiting for over an hour while he’s having a conversation with his employee. Twice he did that I walk out the second time. Then he emails me saying I was looking for your phone number. Mind you I left my phone number and name with him twice and once with the employee. This bank is very convenience to use I have been banking for longtime the bankers are all nice and especially banker Nozmul Hoque every time I have interaction with him he is very nice to talk to , professionalism and shows caring and provide top notch service and client experience.
