I was told that opening account there was free. I ended up paying 7 dollars each month +6 dollars paper statement fees and therefore total they withdrew $80 from my bank account in six months. I’ve never had that issue with any other banks. That’s the worst bank to keep your money in.

Need to improve customer service
More tellers are needed. There are only two tellers and sometimes one. This is the only bank in Hamtramck and we deserve better service.
