HIRE MORE TELLERS!!!! TWICE AS MANY AT LEAST!!!! This is not so much of a review of this bank, but of PNC in general. They are spending where they should save, and saving where they should spend. One nearby bank foolishly removed their tellers. This bank did not hire those tellers to compensate. Thus, they are very slow despite being busier. I sure wish there was a zero star option. Up until today I thought Truist had the most rediculous check cashing fee. I got check cashed today and they charged me 27 dollars to cash it. The said they charge 2% for non customer check cashing. I thought i was a customer there to be helped. The people who have accounts there are paying to have those accounts. Why are they allowed to charge as if they were a check cashing store? Total scam. This bank is a true example of cooperate greed. We have to scrounge for everything we get ... read more

Was there on last Friday. My friend and I are white. We were discriminated against. We had to wait over an hour and then we're told they wouldn't help us with the or. The staff were all black. They were rude. Goofing off and made us wait and then refused to help. We aren't prejudiced. We take people by their actions not their skin color. Shame on this staff and corporate allowing this. Planning to complaining to corporate and go as high in corporate to get this resolved. Would give 0 stars if possible. Shame on this staff
