I HATE, I ABHOR, PNC. HIRE MORE TELLERS!!!! TWICE AS MANY AT LEAST!!!! I wish I could give minus 5 stars. The wait for being understaffed is criminal. And ALL PNC in the area are criminally understaffed. Update: Today I walked in the bank. There were 2 tellers working and 6 bankers. This, despite 15 people waiting in line inside and out. Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this location. I’m not sure of the name of the woman I spoke with who was part of the office staff, but she was incredibly rude, condescending, and spoke to me as if I were a child. The tellers were helpful and did what they could, and I had no issues making my payment. My issue was with online banking, and I simply needed someone who could properly explain the process and help me resolve the problem. My favorite bank. Always very friendly and helpful, even when I'm just zipping by to get to the ATM. They always say hi and acknowledge me and I appreciate that a lot. Always accurate and efficient transactions with a smile from the tellers. Amazing experience always!!
Thankful for help in navigating the app to assist our needs ! Eva was helpful as well as the young lady at the counter who helped me fast while multitasking training ! Thank you ladies !
