Very nice. Nice staff.
Please read carefully. Esp if you are HR and management. Tellers and service reps are 5 star. They do their best and help in any way possible and work as fast as they can. 1 star because I hate to come to this branch and pnc in general due to it talking 20 to 40 mins to make a simple deposit. The reason for the long time is they need more tellers. PNC seems to usually keep 2 tellers to handle the drive thru and inside customers- not enough for a busy hi traffic branch. Unprofessional and rude, the teller Terica with the knotty ponytail needs to be terminated immediately. I will be following up with a complaint.
HIRE MORE TELLERS!!!! TWICE AS MANY AT LEAST!!!! This is not so much of a review of this bank, but of PNC in general. They are spending where they should save, and saving where they should spend. One nearby bank foolishly removed their tellers. This bank did not hire those tellers to compensate. Thus, they are very slow despite being busier.
