Branch Manager was unnecessarily rude and condescending. Teller implied that the money I was depositing was from drugs. Overall, every staff member we interacted with acted as if it was an inconvenience to serve us when we were literally the only customers in the branch. Night and day difference in customer service compared to the PNC branch on Gatlin.
All of our banking account were hacked, criminals stole all our money. We came to PNC bank on village blvd and the branch manager ALICIA FOSTER helped us immediately!!! She was so helpful, fixed the problem and most importantly she cared that my wife was very upset. Alicia went above and beyond helping us out. Thank GOD for Alicia she fixed this situation and made my wife feel safer with our future banking. THANK YOU ALICIA
Jenny was fabbbbbuloussss! I was late to my appointment (got held up at work) & as soon as I walked in she greeted me by name, I was in & out within 15 minutes! She was so to the point & got EXACTLY what I needed done! I am so so so grateful for Jenny & Alicha for always taking such good care of me! Have a wonderful weekend!
The manager has an extremely patronizing attitude. Not only to me but I was in the branch listening to her talk to someone that needed to help. Not only was she patronizing to her as well but couldn’t or wouldn’t provide any assistance to either of us. I’m pretty sure she wasn’t telling the truth either to avoid having to see people.
