The manager has an extremely patronizing attitude. Not only to me but I was in the branch listening to her talk to someone that needed to help. Not only was she patronizing to her as well but couldn’t or wouldn’t provide any assistance to either of us. I’m pretty sure she wasn’t telling the truth either to avoid having to see people.
PNC, close this branch already, probably cheaper to lease some office space if that’s what you need…. Or at least they should delist it from banking branches on google since you can’t do any normal activities there…. pointless what a waste of time.
If I could rate it with Zero stars I would….. do not go here …. Travel to the one on Gaitin.
