Worst Bank in existence!!! Every time I call I get transferred to there automated customer "disservice" Witch can do nothing to slove the Issues I'm having with PNC.

I recently contacted PNC Bank, President/CEO Bill Demchak Office concerning an online PNC Bank SCAM/FRAUD in the amount of $700,000. PNC Bank response was: 1.) customer 25 years had a dispute needed to devide a check amount we won the dispute with other bank very quickly we lost with pnc same dispute pnc would not budge wishI could reopen since other bank agreed and gave us credit same dispute different banks thank you!

Nasty, rude, condescending and for no reason as the bank manager kept insisting my son needed to have BOTH a state ID and a drivers license to open an account, which we tried to explain to her, would be ILLEGAL to possess according to Florida state law. We met Kiarra a few weeks ago when my wife and I came into a nearby PNC branch to add me to her accounts for access in case of an emergency. Kiarra was the most kind, polite, and professional banker we have ever worked with, and I do not say that lightly. Serving us was a little more than a complex handful. Painting the visual, in Kiarra's office, was my wife, myself, our 7-month-old baby in her carrier, and my service dog, so needless to say there was a LOT going on. I arrived at the drive-through shortly after 11 AM. I had a 15 minute wait for the person ahead of me. And when it was my turn, I was told that there were four people in line ahead of me in the bank. So, I left and returned just before noon. I waited seven minutes, until the teller showed up at noon. She indicated that she was now back from lunch, so the one teller was no longer by himself. This is crazy! Why do you have only one teller working at any given time? As a result, it took 11 minutes to just make one deposit.

The employees, including the assistant manager, were not very friendly and were not helpful at all. They definitely don’t go out of their way to help the customers.

canceled 5 reoccurring charges via official form on each company's cancle form. I saw they are still reoccurring. Brought this to attention to PNC bank on hooper Ave toms river. Explained situation. Was told they won't stop these transactions. I need to call them. Tried to close out my account and was refused telling me I need to re cancel those accounts via phone. This bank use to be great but now, it's so bad, they are so slow! I have to go to the Trussville branch otherwise I'll be using my entire lunch break sitting in line. Rediculous! And that is with one car in front of me. I have had to drive off twice in two weeks.
