The people here are nice enough but using this as your financial institution is a scam. You cannot cash a check here unless you have the full amount of the check already in your account. Which I get, but the credit union I go to will let you cash your check. Additionally, they charge you for transferring between your accounts over a certain number of times. But also if you have any payments coming out of your savings they count that as a transfer and will charge you for paying your bills! Which is such a scam. I’ve also hear... read more
Super irritating experience. Needed to make an ATM deposit, nearest ATM to me with that function was a 45 min drive away. I checked to make sure it was indeed "24 hours" before I made the trip. The location is on a their COLLEGE CAMPUS. So after locating the tiny sign for thr PNC bank, I see that it is inside the College's 'admission visit center' building... I have been trying to contact PNC bank since days but there is not place online i could find to get an email. Please tell me what is the email so I can close the account before its too late.
Could not find the bank at all
This branch has poor etiquete and does not allow for easy problems to be solved with a human. Poor management that disrespects me over simple issues. Not student friendly!
