I arrived at the drive-through shortly after 11 AM. I had a 15 minute wait for the person ahead of me. And when it was my turn, I was told that there were four people in line ahead of me in the bank. So, I left and returned just before noon. I waited seven minutes, until the teller showed up at noon. She indicated that she was now back from lunch, so the one teller was no longer by himself. This is crazy! Why do you have only one teller working at any given time? As a result, it took 11 minutes to just make one deposit.
