Worst costumer service ever, no tallers working, and the front desk guy name Kaylynn was straight incompetent.
My account was closed for no reason it was at 0.00 however I get weekly direct deposits. The staff was rude and not professional at all! There’s always problems when I want to transfer my funds to another bank that a use. So they tell me that my direct deposit will be mailed to me in a few days!!!! What kind of business is this!
Worst place ever. Horrible customer service. I don’t even know how you are still even open. You need to hire all new people. Time to find a new bank to go to.
There are never any drive-through tellers open and the employees park in the parking spots closest to the doors, I've had to run through inclement weather numerous times to access my money. Then it always takes at least 20 minutes to go in and come back out but since you can't just drive-through you have to go in. Which means you have to get out of your vehicle. Which means you have to walk across the parking lot regardless of the weather because the employees park in the spots closest to the door. The account help is horrib... read more
