This is an update to a review that I posted 9 years ago. At the time PNC badly handled a mortgage, thus the poor review. Since then they have really stepped up with a much needed HELOC replacement to one we had from Truist Bank, and they have been handling the majority of our online banking transactions. There are still some minor issues we have in utilizing their banking services, thus only 4 stars.
Cannot deposit cash here without card. Just close the office. or make it full service.
Seems like they are not wanting to help customers. Point you to the teller machine or another branch. Going to switch to SECU in Chapel Hill

No Banking services/CLOSED. Very confused as to why they have this location listed but only offers a ATM & refuse to make deposits.
