My husband and I met with banker Allie McCoy to discuss our banking choices . We found her to be patient with our numerous questions and very knowledgeable about banking options. We also spoke with Stephanie Scott; Branch Manager, Keith Blumenstock , and Chris Padilla.We were impressed with the entire staff and grateful for their time and advice. We highly recommend their services!!!
Corporate office has no regard/respect for the customer base of this location. It's the only option for a demographic of wealthy 80+ senior citizens who need in-person customer service to help them navigate their banking needs. I'm disgusted by the lack of service. Lobby doors are permanently locked and there's no longer a teller in drive through. Shame on PNC for not providing human beings to serve their human customers.
I used to LOVE PNC. Now they are transitioning from a bank to a glorified atm. The branch closest to me (20 minutes) doesn’t even have a drive thru window anymore! I’ve been trying to get an issue resolved for TWO WEEKS. For your own sake, take your money to a real bank and avoid PNC at all costs.
This is an update to a review that I posted 9 years ago. At the time PNC badly handled a mortgage, thus the poor review. Since then they have really stepped up with a much needed HELOC replacement to one we had from Truist Bank, and they have been handling the majority of our online banking transactions. There are still some minor issues we have in utilizing their banking services, thus only 4 stars.
