If i could put 0 stars i would! I absolutely hate talking poorly about organizations but i hope everyone sees this and they lose at least 1 customer because of this critique. I had the absolute worse experience with my PNC small business account and pnc bankers. It took me over 8 hours and 4 months to close my account. I decided to close after poor customer service, in general, but really after they denied 2 separate fraud investigations that i began.
