Had a great experience at this PNC branch. The staff took their time, explained things clearly, and focused on what actually mattered to me. I recently moved from Toronto to Fort Lauderdale, and this was easily the best banking service I’ve experienced in both the U.S. and Canada. Big thanks to Mr.Sam and the team for being genuinely helpful and kind.
Branch manager is so rude and prejudiced!!! I guess since I’m a black young female I can’t have over 5000 in my account she refused to give me my own money

The teller Trenton I think his name was is very good with his customers, he was very professional and patient with us old folks, nice to see from the younger employees these day's, I hope he gets promoted to a banker someday soon.. Nice work - 5 stars for sure. Thank you
