Went to this branch as my new debit was not received. They don’t answer the phone and after wasting in line at the teller for 15 minutes because the managers didn't acknowledge me, only to be told they can't do it and have to wait in line for the manager that never came out to check. I had to call customer service for a new card to arrive in 7 days. Not even overnight. 1 month with PNC and I'm done.
Shelly Ann was very polite, very efficient, couldn’t have asked for a better experience on my lunch break. I was in and out within 10 minutes. There was a situation that happened to my account breach of my privacy, and scammers tried to withdraw 20,000 dollars from my account. Serious situation!!!!
