Its unacceptable that a customer goes to the bank to withdrawal $2500 in cash and the bank states that they areow on cash. Its amazing to me, that the management of this bank is so low on cash that they can only give you 1k in cash. Learn your job.
I would not recommend this PNC branch to anyone. I came in to apply for a secured card, I figured this visit wasn’t going to go well, because the the most obvious sign the banker displayed was that as a banker in a reputable Bank such as PNC; she didn’t even get up to greet me. She sat at her desk and spoke to from there with this bothered look. I continued to ask questions from outside of her office, because she did not invite me to have a seat in her office.
