SORRY TO SAY PNC is not for us other ppl the fraud department was investigated my retirement money and they close my 2 business account i have with them
Absolutely horrible service at the Powerline Road branch. Constant turn over of staff short staffed. They sit at their desk and ignore customers. I had funds mis applied in my account I have been fighting it to be corrected for 1 month. Funny how they did the same thing in mid 2025 and fixed the 3 transactions. Now they cannot get anyone to fix 3 more tellers mistakes. Taken it all the way up to the Pennsylvania main location abd being bounced around up there too. Serious issues with this bank.
