Absolutely horrible service at the Powerline Road branch. Constant turn over of staff short staffed. They sit at their desk and ignore customers. I had funds mis applied in my account I have been fighting it to be corrected for 1 month. Funny how they did the same thing in mid 2025 and fixed the 3 transactions. Now they cannot get anyone to fix 3 more tellers mistakes. Taken it all the way up to the Pennsylvania main location abd being bounced around up there too. Serious issues with this bank. Online and cust Svc useless - trying to simply reset a password and they tell me I either have to go to a store or wait 3 to 5 days for something to be mailed to me simply because I changed my cell phone and locked myself out ….what a joke
Went to this branch as my new debit was not received. They don’t answer the phone and after wasting in line at the teller for 15 minutes because the managers didn't acknowledge me, only to be told they can't do it and have to wait in line for the manager that never came out to check. I had to call customer service for a new card to arrive in 7 days. Not even overnight. 1 month with PNC and I'm done.
Shelly Ann was very polite, very efficient, couldn’t have asked for a better experience on my lunch break. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Overall, great experience with a smile and was able to get in and out getting my card printed on my lunch. Thank you, Shelly Anne! Highly recommend.Kudo’s to Shelly Ann and PNC bank.
