I saw some other reviews about the current manager, Ramel, well let me tell you he's worse than you can imagine. I went there to open a business account and ended up leaving the branch more than 4 hours later. Only to find out he had messed up the name of the business and had the nerve to tell me to return another day and waste my time! Literally the most dysfunctional and inefficient branch location in Herndon. Every time I come here there’s a problem. I came before 3:30pm on Tuesday November 26 2024. All I needed was a debit card replacement and neither the male teller, the woman standing next to the male teller, nor the bald Hispanic guy in the suit behind the glass office with headphones on could help me get in and out with a request so simple.
