My partner and I recently opened a joint checking and savings account at this branch, primarily because we needed a safe deposit box. Tasneem Malik was the representative who helped us, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, patient, and extremely thorough in explaining all the account details and guiding us through the process. She made sure we understood every step and didn't make us feel rushed at all. She was also very attentive to our questions about online banking and the safe deposit box availability.
Extremely long wait time just for a duplicate debit card. 2 stars because they Offer coffee but coffee machine is broken.
I had always had to make an appointment to see Liko, he takes care of my issues that comes up banking at PNC. I highly recommend him. Friendly and resourceful and remembers my issues to follow up when I need to return.
A bank having no ATM is crazy
I come here often and they are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Especially Rahman and Olesya.
