The branch manager should review this matter promptly. Today, I visited the branch to access my safe box. The teller who assisted me in accessing it was extremely rude. His name is Rahman. As soon as we entered the room, he inquired about the box number. I provided the number, but he searched for it in an unorganized folder. I had a wonderful experience with Tasneem Malik today who helped me with my banking issues with utmost care and respect. She has a very strong knowledge of the banking processes and was very respectful and understanding in dealing with my needs. I would definitely give her 10 out of 10!
