Worst service ! Waited for an hour to see a banker but can’t see them . Left bank. Don’t ever step inside this branch. Had the same experience twice
Quite possibly the worst pnc bank in America. None of the people are educated or give you proper information. Never schedule a call with them as they will never give you a call. Be wary of anything they tell you in person as is it is most likely incorrect information
I've been a PNC customer for over a year. Due to frequent business travel and relocations, I simply didn’t have the opportunity to visit a branch in person. -- Update -- I went back to the branch for some service, in the back of my mind I was hoping to avoid that manager from before. I was delighted to hear some good news. They actually replace the old manager with a new one. Long story short I was able to sit down with one of the new employees and went on my way, without getting a headache.
