This bank sucks. Huge brick & mortar building but don’t expect any actual bank services here, because they don’t provide any. ATM ONLY. That’s the only thing you’ll get here!

I used to come here all the time. It isn’t my primary account currently and I was thinking of making it my primary again, but I needed a new card. I’ve done that at this location before, it’s the closest to my home. I went in today to get a new card and was informed they don’t print cards here, only at a few locations now. I noticed the teller counter is completely gone. Based on other reviews for this and other locations, I think PNC is dead here.
Wanted to make a deposit and get some 1’s and 5’s. She said I could make deposit online and I didn’t see any tellers. . NO drive thru. What kind of a bank is this??????
