I used to come here all the time. It isn’t my primary account currently and I was thinking of making it my primary again, but I needed a new card. I’ve done that at this location before, it’s the closest to my home. I went in today to get a new card and was informed they don’t print cards here, only at a few locations now. I noticed the teller counter is completely gone. Based on other reviews for this and other locations, I think PNC is dead here.
Wanted to make a deposit and get some 1’s and 5’s. She said I could make deposit online and I didn’t see any tellers. . NO drive thru. What kind of a bank is this??????
I have had some issues with customer service at this location-and others for that matter-but since the new virtual teller system has been in place things just seem to have gotten better!! The remaining staff at this location have been very nice over the past several months so victory via economics!!
