They do not care about customers clearly, especially during this covid pandemic. They just want your money.
This bank is infinitely frustrating with their inability to get anything processed timely. I started the process of closing my late father's account in early January. It's early March and it's still not closed. Initially, I was asked to provide wrong and sometimes incomplete information. I have been a member for over a year only been in Peoria less than 1 year. This is the branch I found and stayed. Although I'm a little upset I hit some very rough spots and everyone has been nice. I applied for a personal loan because my credit really bad dropped since I got here because of situation. This was at recommendation of branch manager Summer.
