National City Bank has been nothing but good to me. I get taken very good care of weather I am there or on the phone. Those people have bad days too. I thank them for their hospitality to me.
This bank has awful service you ask question they say not their problem and hang up on you when you call.

The staff at this bank are extremely friendly, and are so willing to help. Not only do they do their job great, but they also enjoy talking to their customers. The environment is friendly and I think it is an excelent place to have an account!
