Used to have such great workers that are helpful!! As of now they changed their staff and they’re very rude! Been banking here for a long time and always felt comfortable! Not anymore 👍
I love banking here. They are always so kind and friendly. I really appreciate that. I didn't get that from the other bank up the street. PNC has excellent customer service as well.
I will say that every employee at PNC is went above and beyond to help me when I’ve had issues of any kind or anything most of which associated with my ignorance they’ve always been there to help me
Seems like a lot of the negative reviews are about PNC itself, not this specific branch. Personally, I've never had issues with either the bank as a whole or this specific branch. Quite the contrary. I don't go to any other branch because this one is just so good. The tellers are so nice and recognize me and my wife even though we only go in about once a month. Other branches I've been to in contrast are very indifferent at best and rude at worst. The atmosphere at this branch is just great.
