Would give lower scores if I could. This branch, specifically Matthew, is the worst branch to deal with. They've got no problem making your life harder through poor customer service, bad attitudes, long wait times, and dismissive tones. Avoid this location at all costs!! Better yet, don't bank with PNC to start with!
Worse costumer service ever
It's a pain having to show an ID when ever you make a deposit or other transactions. We've had an account with you for over 25 years. They always ask if we have your charge card or debit card which we don't have.
