Sent my mom a payment through Zelle and then moments later they didn’t notify me that they were closing my account. Was told before then my account was fine and then later found out they lied and said they was mailing me a check even though I was right there and they could of handed me the money.. worst bank! Customer service is rude!
Worst location (Forest Hill) for this branch by far. Only been here a couple of times and each time took between 10-15 minutes at the drive up for a standard deposit (no cash back or anything) with no cars in the lines, just me. The Pioneer Park location, that I always use does this same transaction usually in 1 minute or less everytime.
NONI. The "BEST". She is the only original employee from 4 years ago when I first moved to Peoria. She is a cut above the rest for sure, faces bills the same way, and remembers your name! I love the service she provides. I do miss Kaden, who was a VERY nice person as well. THANK YOU.
Excellent customer service in person but they literally never answer the phone at this branch no matter what day or time.
