The Worst customer service i ever had in my 15 years of business. Went in to get checks gave them my debit card and this guy Kenny metts a branch banker THROUGHS THE CARDS back at me... I've been going to that branch since 2012 BUT I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!
Everyone were still in there 10 mins before closing time and i had an emergency deposit that needed to put in my account but they closed the door in my face while i still can see customers in line inside . I just want to thank one person in there NANI Nani i just wish you are the manager in there
This branch is just really slow, but they do offer card printing.
Went into PNC today and had the poorest service EVER. The new guy KENNY, a banker, had absolutely know clue what to do or how to handle customer problems. When asked to speak with a branch manager, I was told "we do not have a manager, they left after getting a promotion"....What in the absolute ****! After 25 years of banking with PNC, I will be closing my accounts along with my children.
