Overwhelmingly intimidating. Do not walk inside unless you absolutely have to. I was having serious issues with my debit card and I needed assistance from an associate after almost two weeks of me trying to resolve the problem myself. Went to see family and to make a purchase. They make it easy for you to put $ in but not to take it out. A frustrating 30 min withdraw with the teller repeating herself to us saying the small amount is above her pay grade Very slow. It was clear the teller lead went to make a phone call before he approved our transaction. DONT BANK HERE - or LEAVE PNC
