There at PNC Bank the service from the tellers are great. But I do find it hard to say the services are still good compared to years ago. I had to pay to get my release letter for paying off my car through them. Never had to do this before. And for them to try and say they sent me one. I am not buying that lie. I waited for the Lien release letter every day from the time I paid it off. They directed me to a site to purchase the release letter to get my title. I feel like this was bad business on their part.
