The gentleman that helped me open up my account was just amazing! They made me feel like I was the only customer in the world, and my troubles were their troubles. I was just really shocked at how warm and inviting they were, it was really impressive! Great job keep up the good work:)
Extremely disappointing when I came in to deposit a check. I’ll be enrolling in direct deposit with a different bank and using this account to pay bills only.
This branch is very difficult to work with. We called the day ahead asking to make an appointment and were told we would get a call back to schedule the appointment but they never called. I called and scheduled an appointment the next morning. When we arrived at the appointment time, we were told that the banker was on lunch and that they forgot to call and notify us of the change.
