Extremely disappointing when I came in to deposit a check. I’ll be enrolling in direct deposit with a different bank and using this account to pay bills only.

This branch is very difficult to work with. We called the day ahead asking to make an appointment and were told we would get a call back to schedule the appointment but they never called. I called and scheduled an appointment the next morning. When we arrived at the appointment time, we were told that the banker was on lunch and that they forgot to call and notify us of the change. Went to PNC to make a deposit this morning. I was grumbling about the withdrawal/deposit requirements - one has to provide two forms of ID, fill out a paper slip, etc. The women working were sympathetic to my complaining and offered to escalate on my behalf. The archaic policies clearly aren't their doing, and I thought it was nice that they were sympathetic vs many folks in client facing roles who would have given me a 'these are the rules, if you don't like them, tough' kind of response.
