Extremely understaffed. Almost impossible to speak with a banker.
I was at the branch at 9:00 when this branch opened today to make a deposit. By the time I left at 9:20 without making my deposit....there still was no teller open or available to take my deposit or make transactions. Sadly....while I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes hoping for a teller to open up and be ready....the employees behind the counter worked their hardest at avoiding eye contact and pretending we were not standing there. I think it is time to make the switch to an online bank.
Went to seek help for a domestic wire transfer with the instructions from the receiving institution. The transfer was failed and it was discovered later that the reason of failure was that the instructions was not properly followed. It was very disappointed regarding the professionalism of the banker who prepared the transfer.

PNC is a horrible bank. Laws are being talked about to prevent banks from doing what PNC thinks is ok. Capital One is so superior. I'm wishing I switched a long time ago, instead of being with PNC for 22yrs.
