The receptionist was no help at all.
This particular Bank deserves a zero grade My son and I started a student account his freshman year at NC State. This account was started on campus and we’ve had problems for years. We have a student account for my son at NCState. The bank continually charges us fees. I went in the bank numerous times to fix this and they told me it was my fault. I thought it was corrected and again we gotten charge fees on a student account for my son at NCState, he’s an engineering Student.The bank ever returns my calls. No one me helps . ... read more
