Jay Serge branch banker you should see, when you have a problem with entangled wrong names in wrong place on statements and checks. He knows how to fix problems and treat customer on even snowy day. Very nice.
I went to do a wiring transfer after first failed to do so at the Peston Corners office two days ago. After taking a look at the transfer instructions from the receiving institution, the banker was very hesitated to take on the task and suggested that I do a check deposit at local office of the receiving institution instead. The disadvantage of check deposit is that fund is not fully available in seven days as in wire transfer the fund is available almost instantaneously .
