I had the opportunity to do a car sale transaction with a buyer who wasn't a PNC customer. We decided to meet at the Clark Avenue PNC location since I was a customer and I knew the fantastic service PNC has always provided with free notarization for their customers. Some people aren't retarded or slow they actually know banking terminology. Stop mistreating customers that's exactly why this isn't my primary Bank. Treat customers with respect!!!
The branch Manager is beyond rude. Before she was rude to me I watched how poor she treated an older lady she was helping first. I was shocked. I visited at 11:00 10/30/24. I can not believe PNC has someone like that serving their customers. She has no business working with the public. I have had an account there for a decade now and I have never been treated so poor. I'm upset enough to close my account. PNC, you need to fix this.
Really didn't appreciate the racial profiling from the tall big guy that sits at the front.
PNC is very bad. I can not check my bank account statement very easily, its too hard to find that. Also they provide 100$ credit in Texas, which you dont get in Raleigh, so very disappointed with services.
