The branch Manager is beyond rude. Before she was rude to me I watched how poor she treated an older lady she was helping first. I was shocked. I visited at 11:00 10/30/24. I can not believe PNC has someone like that serving their customers. She has no business working with the public. I have had an account there for a decade now and I have never been treated so poor. I'm upset enough to close my account. PNC, you need to fix this.
Really didn't appreciate the racial profiling from the tall big guy that sits at the front.
PNC is very bad. I can not check my bank account statement very easily, its too hard to find that. Also they provide 100$ credit in Texas, which you dont get in Raleigh, so very disappointed with services.
If you have all day to wait at this bank to get anything done…. Then this is the bank for you…
Today I visited PNC to take care of a simple transaction. Wow…what a disappointment! I have banked there for years and never felt discriminated against until today. The two clerks behind the counter saw me enter the bank. As I approached the counter they continued working as if I wasn’t there, while I stood looking at the two wondering when I was going to be acknowledged.
