I’m definitely getting ready to leave this bank it’s always some nonsense they always slow, even if you get here at 9am sharp when the bank opens they still take forever I know I’m about to close these accounts and take my banking business elsewhere I have never forgiven them over a dispute where they allowed a merchant to keep over $2,000 of my money and now I’m in here waiting for a new debit card which they put limits on which is crazy why would my bank be able to put a limit on my money!!!!! She explains everything clearly and answers all my questions. It makes each visit smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service every time!
You don't need a door greeter we can find our way around the bank just fine. Put them to use and help the customers standing in line for over ten minutes trying to make simple transactions. One teller working and they're on the phone trying to do whatever while we wait. If that amount of time is required they're little cubicles for those transactions not the main teller line. Very simple concept. Do Better
Rukaya Osman is the best customer service i've never seen in my life plus any locals bank in Stafford VA. Friendly and patient really care for customers. I can't tell enough how good she is, including all teams are so welcome customers.
Fortunately, today Brandon Thomas came from the Fredericksburg branch to this location. I had visited this location multiple times to resolve my issue, and no one was able to assist me however, Brandon successfully resolved it, I don’t like to give 5 start for this location but I did it for Brandon
