They refused to close my account, also I was present in person, all the needed conditions were met, and the account was positive. Terrible business!

I just got back home from PNC bank. I was there to request a car loan refinance. They told me that you do not need to open an account for that but if you open it, it will reduce the rate. I said no. And they took all my information and my wife, after 1 hour... Surprise application declined!! Why? Because you don't have an account here! Oh my God, ok, let's open an account.
