Don’t have enough staff. Wait too long
I’ve banked here for years just traditional normal checking account stuff. The only “extra” thing I’ve ever tried to do is have documents notarized on 2 separate occasions, which is supposed to be included if you have an account. For reference, it coats 20$ to use other options ie UPS store. The first time I called ahead to this location where they assured me they had a notary and they were available anytime the bank is open.
