Don't open an account here. I had too many problems. A Bank is supposed to bring peace of mind and security to a customer, well... All I got from PNC was headaches. The representatives are nice, super respectful, but some of them are kind of new in the business it seems.
update: PNC is great!
I went branch on mc Franland blvd in Tuscaloosa to open New account and they told they have only one employee, rest of them get stomach problem you need to wait at least 30 min or you can go another branch l. I drive 15 min came to university blvd branch. One personal banker was busy with customer and another one sitting and playing with phone. Horribly service
Just found out my account that has been shut down for over 3 months was left open, with money in it that wasn’t made aware to me or given to me. Now I have to go back in and deal with these people again to see why they left my account open and didn’t give me my money. They didn’t even send me an email until they hit me with a $10 overdraft fee. Get rid of these Big Banks and head to your local credit union. Big Banks, and PNC are a joke!
