Love all the staff very accommodating they help with all my needs they are also bringing tellers back can’t wait
They either don't want business from disabled people or don't have the intelligence to work in banking (which would leave a lot of other fields they wouldn't be qualified for outside of flipping burgers at a fast food joint). I had brought my daughter in to start an account for her son. Despite having all the correct paperwork, which Truist had no problem accepting, they came up with a ridiculous reason not to open the account. I have received welcoming and professional banking assistance and guidance from Mr. Alex Rodriguez and his staff. Thank you so very much. Only reason not 5 stars is because the drive thru was shut down.
I have been banking with PNC even before when it was National City. Recently I went to deposit cash at the ATM (since most of the branches are now cashless) and twice now it declined to take my cash, spitting it back at me telling me transaction denied. Maybe it's a sign they're going out of business. I would like to feel secure banking with them, unfortunately I don't think they'll be around much longer.... especially when a cashless bank doesn't want to accept cash
