Went in to exchange some rolls of change and was told they don't do that. I've never heard of a coin less bank. How ridiculous. Why should I have to go twenty minutes down the road to a different bank. Very dissatisfied!!
First time I have ever heard "cashless bank" Literally a joke.
Pnc is the worst bank possible, I was negative $10 in my checking account for 2 weeks due to starting a new job, they then proceeded to hit me with a negative - $145.20 on my account. Mind you $27 fee after a month of negative. ( I was told), Got my first check deposited to my checking account just to have the account closed completely, now they have my money and I sat on the phone for hours trying to get it in a cashiers check which they will not do. Deposited a couple thousand dollars in the ATM, the only way to make a deposit at this branch, and the ATM canceled the transaction and heard a grinding noise for about 3 minutes and *POOF* money gone. Bank says up to 2 weeks to clear the dispute!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! highly don't recommend
