A bank with no money! I’ve never seen a bank with no tellers. I was told I cannot bring change here, which is weird because this is a BANK. I would not go back here.
I am sick to death of PNC bank. Their services are next to none and now the only PNC bank in Perrysburg's ATM is under construction and they won't service you inside either so I had to drive to Maumee to get anything done. I've been a loyal customer at PNC for a very long time and I have been very annoyed and just be basically upset with their changes over the last few years. I have decided to switch banks after 30 yrs with them and I will not regret it.
Everything takes forever, lines are long and half of the normal banking functions are unavailable since the location switched to virtual tellers instead of having people on site. Only go to this location as a last resort.
Went in to exchange some rolls of change and was told they don't do that. I've never heard of a coin less bank. How ridiculous. Why should I have to go twenty minutes down the road to a different bank. Very dissatisfied!!
First time I have ever heard "cashless bank" Literally a joke.
