Worst bank ever. No integrity. They held a deposit for 8 days under the lie that they were waiting for it to clear. We received proof that the check cleared the first day. Once we proved that then claimed they were holding the deposit to verify that the person who wrote check actually wrote it. Essentially accusing me of fraud. Brought in proof of everything. Amazing tellers and customer service.
Tellers are super lazy at this location. They literally make it seem like a hassle that they have to do their job. It’s the only location I go to between here and Naples that make up their own policies to make their life easier. PNC is really going downhill.
Not enough tellers. They seem to enjoy making you wait. Poor customer service.
