The teller was very helpful and cordial.
The teller Vanessa was rude to me today. Also, the bank completely mishandled a foreign currency request. I would expect much more from a bank that I have used for decades.
The branch on 41 was not very helpful or informative. Stick to the one on airport rd or bonita
