The staff are so friendly and most importantly very helpful. I've never had a bad experience with PNC!
Absolutely horrible. I’ve been with PNC for a while now and never had a problem until now. I put in a check, got it accepted and put into my account. Payed bills with my hard earned money that they approved in my account. Turn around and find out I am now overdrawn because THEY refunded my check due to insufficient funds from the other bank. I get a new check and now I’ve waited a whole damn week for them to put the money back inyo my account. I call and call and get put on hold with zero help.
Very clean on the inside. The employees are very respectful and they are always happy to help you when needed. They also print cards right there on the spot which is really cool!!
Preston clay was a big help.. he went up and beyond or helping me get my account set up and get me back on the road. He did all the work for me and made it so I can get home today.. I told you I would leave you a review. Thank you again man. Hope you see this.
Great idea. Let's have a bank branch the only branch open in one of the worst parts of town with no parking. Someone fumbled this one. Nothing like carrying your money to the only bank in the area and possibly getting robbed
