THIS IS THE WORST BANK IN THE USA!!! IM TRYING TO REMOVE MYSELF FROM AN ACCOUNT THAT I USED TO SHARE WITH EX HUSBAND. THEY TOLD ME THAT WE BOTH HAVE TO BE THERE TO DO THAT BUT I AM ABLE TO CLOSE IT THRU THE PHONE BY MYSELF IF IS AT ZERO BALANCE!! THAT IS THE MUST UNREASONABLE THING IVE EVER HEARD!! NOW THEY TELL ME THAT I CANT CLOSE IT, IT NEEDS TO BE BOTH OF US!! NO RESOLUTIONS, NO OPTIONS GIVEN NOTHING!!!!! IM BEING FORCED TO BE THERE PRACTICALLY!!!
Why bother. No cash exchange here. Except ATM. The problem is they don’t notify you until you show up. Customer for 19 years. No more.

Honestly, it’s the most inconvenient location. How are you going to be a bank Location and take out your tellers at this location so basically useless for everyday banking needs. This location for a long time was very convenient until they made that switch. Lots of others in the area agree with this. Please PNC fix this or put another location near this area.
They do not take regular deposits at this location????
