Ran in on my way home from work to get money deposited after my old bank (who I won't name for drama's sake 😂) took over 3 weeks to help me with digital fraud. Gross miscommunication, somehow blamed me for wrong documents sent to me??? Internal investigation unsurprisingly got all information incorrectly and then patronized me when I attempted to correct. Such a joy to spend years with a bank just for them to treat you like trash every step of the way
Brandon the manager … should not be a manager … he can’t do what’s required as a manger . I come in looking to set up a checking account on my day off and he says that’s not possible until tomorrow … I can see why this location is 3.3 stars . He needs training as soon as possible on how to drive and conduct a business such as PNC . Terrible representation for a bank .
I walked in to open an account but was refused service; teller said I would need to return two days later for an appointment. I was the only customer in the bank at the time.
