Gross miscommunication, somehow blamed me for wrong documents sent to me??? Internal investigation unsurprisingly got all information incorrectly and then patronized me when I attempted to correct. Such a joy to spend years with a bank just for them to treat you like trash every step of the way
Brandon the manager … should not be a manager … he can’t do what’s required as a manger . I come in looking to set up a checking account on my day off and he says that’s not possible until tomorrow … I can see why this location is 3.3 stars . He needs training as soon as possible on how to drive and conduct a business such as PNC . Terrible representation for a bank .
I walked in to open an account but was refused service; teller said I would need to return two days later for an appointment. I was the only customer in the bank at the time.
While having a downtown location is convenient, the service is anything but that. Employees are not friendly or ever helpful, I’m better off driving out of my way to the Alpine branch.
While I have had a great experience with PNC with my checking account, PNC falls more than short for prospective homeowners looking to obtain a mortgage. I strongly recommend that anyone looking to refinance or obtain their first mortgage look elsewhere. I have banked with PNC for roughly 10 years and there is a reason for that.
