My Interaction with PNC Bank have always been a welcoming Experience. From Halie smiling and offering coffee upon arrival, all the way to Nesha being very informational and reliable with service. Berta smile always stands out.. like side burns. I only one complaint and that is the distance outside of that good service

Such an awful experience with these guys
PNC did not find the fraud happening to my account. When I found out I went to the bank and closed my accounts and opened new ones. The next day my paycheck is deposited and then I’m told my accounts are being closed due to fraud activity. REALLY? They couldn’t find it. I found it. Never had a negative balance. Only lost 30K+ and now they close my new accounts that I started with new the funds I had left and my check. Now I’m told it’s closed but there is a hold on all of my money They “can’t help me”.
