Such an awful experience with these guys
PNC did not find the fraud happening to my account. When I found out I went to the bank and closed my accounts and opened new ones. The next day my paycheck is deposited and then I’m told my accounts are being closed due to fraud activity. REALLY? They couldn’t find it. I found it. Never had a negative balance. Only lost 30K+ and now they close my new accounts that I started with new the funds I had left and my check. Now I’m told it’s closed but there is a hold on all of my money They “can’t help me”. Came in late on a Friday with a large bucket of coins from a student fundraiser. The manager took time to help me count it all out, reroll the coins the students had mislabeled, and get it all deposited into a corporate account. Everyone was very friendly and gracious throughout the entire encounter!
