Have had multiple issues at this bank and have not really been able to get a hold of anyone. The branch manager said she would reach out to me and she would call once and say call me back and I called her back multiple times issues weren’t resolved and I had to go into the branch multiple times to ask about hold ups
Very rude and ignorance when i ask for help, branch manager need to look how his staffs treated different color from theirs.
Don’t waste your time going to the atm for deposits. almost always is never working correctly and it’s very annoying.
