This branches (N State Road 135) customer service is lacking there of, I would give it a zero if I could. Every time I go into the branch or call to discuss options, I either never get a call back and have to call back several times to get answers. Today specifically, they took a message for a personal banker to call me back, 5 hours later still no call, so I called again to still not receive any resolve to my issues.
Have had multiple issues at this bank and have not really been able to get a hold of anyone. The branch manager said she would reach out to me and she would call once and say call me back and I called her back multiple times issues weren’t resolved and I had to go into the branch multiple times to ask about hold ups
Very rude and ignorance when i ask for help, branch manager need to look how his staffs treated different color from theirs.
