Came in to release a hold on a check. My siblings got the same but use different bank. Their check cleared easily…. Not me, not PNC. I came to the bank now for the second day to get this cleared. I was told to come in as all the bankers weren’t lunch. Dominant… I come in to tell them I heard and someone else darts in to sit. The banker, who knows I’m here, takes her sweet time to chit chat. ATM cash taker is horrible, it clamped down on my hand someone is going to get hurt - and I can never get it to accept cash!
Don’t go this location disappointed no service definitely going to close my account with pnc. They keep ignoring you if you waiting for service.
It was great experience. I went to open up an account Janine Wilson was so amazing, helpful and guided very well.
