The ATM is always either out of cash or not working. ALWAYS! EARLY Tuesday morning 8/25, cant withdrawal cash. EVERY DAMN TIME! SCREW PNC AND SCREW EVERYONE WORKING AT THAT LOCATION
Not the greatest customer service….only one person behind the counter most times….shame you would think they would handle operations a lot better considering their location
Unfortunately, we’ve had consistently disappointing experiences at this branch. There never seems to be more than one personal banker available, making even a simple appointment extremely difficult to schedule. We called this morning to ask if we could make an appointment with a personal banker today, and the response we received was, “Yeah… that’s not going to happen,” in a very dismissive and unprofessional tone.
