It was great experience. I went to open up an account Janine Wilson was so amazing, helpful and guided very well.
My first time at this bank and the ATM outside ate my Direct Express card. This branch sucks a limp one.
ATM never works
Came in on a Saturday, wonderful service from Priscilla even though they were slammed! When it was my turn, she treated me like I was the only customer - efficient and friendly, without feeling rushed even though the line was nearly out the door. Thank you, Priscilla! They really need more employees working on a Saturday. They have seven teller windows - only two were open and one of them couldn’t do cash transactions?! Customers were getting frustrated.
