I work at a bank. It's regional, similar to PNC, except PNC operates about 2-2.5x as many branches as we do. There is a more efficient way to do business, and PNC isn't getting it. I have interactions with this bank due to my mother, and not one thing has gone right since I dipped my hand into helping with her finances. First, POA paperwork took over 2 weeks to get finalized.
