I work at a bank. It's regional, similar to PNC, except PNC operates about 2-2.5x as many branches as we do. There is a more efficient way to do business, and PNC isn't getting it. I have interactions with this bank due to my mother, and not one thing has gone right since I dipped my hand into helping with her finances. First, POA paperwork took over 2 weeks to get finalized. It's been about 2-3 weeks since I signed up for PNC Banking, but I forgot my password, as often happens when I sign up for things. Consequently, my account got locked due to too many failed attempts. I visited a local PNC Bank branch to see if they could help me regain access. While they tried their best and even quickly cashed a check for me, which was reassuring, they said to wait 3 business days to request a "Password Mailer". Have no issues with PNC banking but this location is an absolute joke! Closed on Saturday, and opens later than normal business hours during week-theres literally no available time for people to use this location if they work typical 8-5 job. Lord help you if you have an issue with their atms! Employees seem they hate their job! Total waste of a needed banking location, on this side of town!
