I went in to this bank today against my better judgement. But it was on the way. I simply needed to transfer some funds from one pnc account to another. It felt like I was judged / asked questions not relevant. I left and went to the pnc on dual highway. It was a younger, overweight black female who was the teller didn’t catch her name
They never answer their phone
Good bank brilliant but boring lol
11 people waiting in line with one teller on the line and two others working together at the window. Two are in offices with no customers, one has their door closed. It has been a 15 minute wait and the line keeps growing.
Came in to speak to a banker the first reply to me was that I should leave because they were busy
