Unacceptable experience at this branch. I called to get the status of a cashier’s check — a very simple request that any bank should be able to handle — and the person who answered, Maisah Poindexter, clearly didn’t know how to help. Instead of transferring me to someone knowledgeable, she put me on hold repeatedly, didn’t understand the request, and eventually hung up on me. This should have taken two minutes. Best bank I've ever had. Friendly and polite staff
I went in to this bank today against my better judgement. But it was on the way. I simply needed to transfer some funds from one pnc account to another. It felt like I was judged / asked questions not relevant. I left and went to the pnc on dual highway. It was a younger, overweight black female who was the teller didn’t catch her name
They never answer their phone
Good bank brilliant but boring lol
