neither one of the outside atms work properly to dispense cash. found this out after waiting in line for a long time… they don’t have a sign or anything so i parked and went in to talk to talk to teller and let her know and apparently they know. so i suggested maybe making a sign so customers don’t be inconvenienced for wasting their time. it would literally like take 5 mins to tape up on it.
ATM doesn't work
Omg can we have an option for zero stars. They cannot complete any task that a normal bank should be able to accomplish. I will never use PNC bank again. They are useless and rude. Do not use this bank.

This by far has got to be the worst bank I have the displeasure of using!!. PNC does not, I repeat, does not care one bit about a customer's time PERIOD!.. Spent a half hour behind some idiot doing like 8 transactions! Back and forth with the tube to the point that wanted to explode!!.. The lobby is MISERABLE!! The Staff are is friendly as ever but PNC does not adequately staff this bank and the wait time is by far UNACCEPTABLE...
