This by far has got to be the worst bank I have the displeasure of using!!. PNC does not, I repeat, does not care one bit about a customer's time PERIOD!.. Spent a half hour behind some idiot doing like 8 transactions! Back and forth with the tube to the point that wanted to explode!!.. The lobby is MISERABLE!! The Staff are is friendly as ever but PNC does not adequately staff this bank and the wait time is by far UNACCEPTABLE... My husband and I waited over 45 minutes to make a 2 minute deposit. There was one teller for the lobby processing a sale, one person on the drive through, and one manager who didn’t help a single person standing in the line going out the door. Last time I went in to complain about a dispute not processing, the teller left my information out in the middle of the lobby for everyone to see. If I could rate it zero stars I would.
