Went into pnc and asked for a CASH then Deposite. Once again after looking at my account they did NOT CASH FIRST THEY JUAT DEPOSITED WHAT I HAD!!!! TO CASH AND THEN DEPOSITE IS FOR A REASON SO THE CASH CAN BE PUT INTO THE BANK ACCOUBT AS OF THE DAY IT IS DEPOSITED!!!!! This is now the SECOND TIME A TELLER AT PNC DID NOT LISTEN TO THE CISTOMER AND IT IS NOW THE SECOND TIME I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE MONEY TO HIT THE ACCOUNT WHEN I NEEDED THE CASH IN THE ACCOUNT TODAY!!!! completely incompetent. waited in line while teller had personal conversations. then simply asked for a new debit card and the teller had us sit for 30 minutes while helping everyone else BEHIND us wi the the same issue then finally helped us
Took two employees and over 10 minutes to cash a check! They had to EACH ask me TWICE which account to use and how much cash back i wanted. Pathetic service
