When I lost my job my account started charging me monthly fees because no direct deposit. I showed up in person and explained and I wasn't taken care of, they said they took my money and I had to pay them back. There wasn't any elevation of my issue it just got tied up with their manager. It was painful losing what little money I had to bad banking policy and being told that there was nothing more that could be done.
Wish I could leave a zero. Waited over 20 mins at 1 o’clock on a Friday in the branch while the only teller on duty serviced both the drive thru and the line in office. Another agent, Helen, came back from her lunch and I was called up to her line. I was actually glad she was the one to assist me, as I was depositing U.S Savings Bonds, and she had assisted me in the same capacity earlier in the week (was walked through the process by what I assume was a supervisor). Open the checking account and the guy was nice
Avoid if possible, dont go there to get anything notarized ,you will be there awhile.only good thing about that is its free for customers
