Give this man a Raise!!! Rob Cook was very helpful and attentive. He helped us with our car loan options and had great customer service! Going into a bank can be intimidating and stressful, but he made our experience worth it. This will be my first time with PNC and I am excited to bank with them due to my awesome experience.
Been at this branch for 6 years. This past week was the final time I'll ever walk in this branch again. Can't deal with the incompetent tellers. The head teller is phenomenal!! The other one can't even count money.
Where to start? Oh yeah with the VP Branch Manager Bryan Stephens Linder. She is very condescending. She talks very loud and is very narcissistic. She embarrasses others in front of a whole lobby of customers in order to make herself seem important when in fact she is just a warm body holding a position which can be filled by someone a third of her age at any given time. She took my 85 year old mother in her office and questioned her for 20 to 30 minutes because she was trying to take cash out to pay for a slab and headstone... read more
