Hate this branch always so slow. Everything I come here I always think about how much I loved the one on cottage hill amd why I waste my time coming to this one. Ive been in the lobby for almost an hour now.
Nicole was VERY rude to my husband who just needed a simple cashiers check. We’re already stressed out and forbid she has to do her job.

This bank is human body waste in customer service and just overall set up. They have many customers but usually 2 or just 1 teller who is dealing with the drive up and walk up. There can be as few as 3 people ahead of you and you could wait 30 mins before they see you. Your patience will be tested to the extreme here. You'd think if they'd have special offices for people that literally take up to 10-15 minutes performing an economic operation at the counter as if they're trading a 1k wall street stock at a bank counter.
