I'm writing to express my regrets for using PNC bank. I went there once with great credentials and had the most inappropriate credit review. Then Strike two, I was solicited to try their services again. still I was greeted with problems. Now on 6/23/25 I had contacted the bank to pay off my credit card, the key being pay off, not some, not a partial payment, Total payoff. I get the figure, I pay it. No one answers the phone. On 3/31/2025 I have callled several times today!

Everyone was polite Performed a wire transfer, discussed helix options, and changed style of checking account all within 20 minutes. Mrs. Jones went above and beyond to help accomplish what we needed.
