I don’t even know why I tried. Went to the teller and asked if there was someone who could stamp with a medallion stamp. She said she would ask someone when the person would be in to make an appt. She walked into an office and no other customer was in the room. The glass office could be viewed and after waiting several minutes (they looked like they were having a family reunion) , I left. Customer service is terrible at this branch!

I'm writing to express my regrets for using PNC bank. I went there once with great credentials and had the most inappropriate credit review. Then Strike two, I was solicited to try their services again. still I was greeted with problems. Now on 6/23/25 I had contacted the bank to pay off my credit card, the key being pay off, not some, not a partial payment, Total payoff. I get the figure, I pay it. Today, 7/2/25, I check my account, your paid but you owe us 107.31. This is something that should have been included in the "pa... read more
