Drive thru super slow on Friday mornings. They know this the busiest time, get some of them desk agents on the line. Sheesh.
Only one in drive through and waited FIFTEEN minutes to cash a check. No thanks.
I started my account here in 1994 and been through all the changes since then. While things have changed I have only once had any problem with my account, but it was quickly resolved favorably. However this latest change which closed the bank by phone happened without any notice to me. Hopefully I will get this situation resolved soon as well. I've always been happy with them and hope this new change won't be any different.
