I haven't gone into this branch much due to the lack of tellers but I found myself pleasantly surprised when I walked in today. The teller, Alisha, was there and ready to help me. She was such a nice young lady, a real asset to the company. Friendly and efficient. She's the reason I would come back. I hope PNC realizes that tellers are important and no one wants to come in to a branch and have to wait for someone in an office for a simple transaction.
