Took 3 trips to open accounts. Then we we’re misinformed about the accounts. Tried to charge us $25 early close fee even though it was their lack of knowledge that caused us to leave. Waiting now to go back again to see if the fee will be waived. 5 Trip’s to the branch. 0 accounts and a lot of wasted time.
They are very helpful.
5 Star Branch.....
I use this branch quite often. Everyone inside are always very friendly and helpful. But its disconcerting when you pull up and theres trash in the parking lot and on the property by the atm some of it for weeks. Not sure i wanba trust someone with my money that cant see the same teash in the bank for weeks. Thanks.
