Lexi made my experience great. Friendly and helpful
There atm machine kept the $500.00 I had requested. I went inside and filed a dispute. Friday a week later still no money, no call. Every time I call the phone rings 2-3 minutes without pickup. That is unacceptable.
Waited over 20 minutes just to make a deposit
They need to be shut down...there very fraudulent...they been taking money out my account and my brothers account...I'm sick of them I wish they will close down HORRIBLE BANK!!!
All could use some training in customer service. I feel more helped and valued at other branches.
