DO NOT BABK WITH PNC! My husband went to get change for smaller bills for his JOB. He leaves and finds out that they shorted his change by $40! He contacts the bank and they said he would have to wait until they counted their drawers. Then proceeded to tell him that they can’t give him the money because it’s HIS FAULT that he didn’t “verify” the money. EXCUSE ME?!?!? Aren’t you a BANK? Friendly employees
Not sure what’s going on but almost every time I come to this location now there is some issue with the ATM machine. This is very inconvenient due to there already not being enough PNC atms around here. I love banking with PNC but this is becoming a real issue and needs to be addressed. There shouldn’t be constant issues with the atm, especially the banks atm.
