This branch specifically ALLOWED a random unauthorized person to have full access to my business account in the branch! They did not go through any security protocols and did not request ID to be shown. Furthermore, when I contacted them and do my own work to get the large amount of funds back I was told that this was not a big deal and that everything is “ok”. We worked with Chris Baker to get a personal loan approved on a deadline, as we were out of town and needed to get back home, he and his team were amazing to deal with. I highly recommend using them.
Been nothing but issues. Customer service is not where it should be. Next step is just to move my loan somewhere else…
